Hello I'm Spencer Woods, and I am seeking a career in Information Technology & Networking. Ever since I was young, observing technology and how it Evolved so much around the world Has always been what I wanted to explore. When My gaming console or other Wi-Fi/Bluetooth device will have technical issues, such as my television turning off without me using the remote or pressing the power button from the tv. First step you might usually take is rebooting the tv by going to settings and pressing restart or there is a button also behind the television. If the issue still wasn't solved, I would call the technical support line of that brand to that product. the representative would tell me to unplug some cables, such as the fan plug connected to the same outlet as the television. they would have me do so because unplugging the fan will prevent your circuit breaker from being tripped. this option did solve my problem with the tv. When I have complications with my technical devices, I would majority of the time search on YouTube. Also if there were complications with the WIFI, I would give my internet provider (xfinity) a call and they would have us troubleshoot the modem or reboot it. then the xfinity representative would tell us to give them the mac address on the back of the modem.
